Verified Renter I have lived at Round Grove for a short period of time but have been very impressed so far. While I live in a one bedroom, I feel safe and secure in my unit. The staff is friendly and attentive and the complex has a sense of community to it despite the pandemic.

Nice apartment, terrible management The apartment itself was rather enjoyable and all the neighbors were very friendly; however, the management was the worst I have ever experienced. We paid monthly for pest control and they only went once, said they’d come right back, and never actually sprayed the apartment in the 12 months we lived there. Our AC wasn’t keeping the apartment below 85 degrees and after our work order was placed the note said the apartment can’t cool down too much when it’s hot outside. Monique was the least... read more
