Horrible apartment management I have never lived in a worse managed place. Our apartment would be cute if it didn’t have so many issues. When we moved in there was a hole big enough in the windowsill that you could stick a finger through it, the floors were broken in multiple spots, the cabinets under the kitchen sink were caving at the base, the list goes on and on. Water leaks & trash left out Multiple water leaks in my unit and maintenance orders have been closed before without it being fixed. I'm still waiting for maintenance to fix the damage from a new leak. The trash compactors overfill fast and people leave theirs in yards. I've also had packages stolen and the gate only works about once every 3 months, so it really isn't a gated community. horrible Don’t move here . Work orders doesn’t get fix unless you ask over and over , over priced for the quality and they never answer the phone in the front office .

This Place Is the Worst! Don't Move Here!!! Don't move here!! Honestly they need to shut this place down. The management changes at least twice a year and it gets worse every time... Piping in the building needs to be redone in all of them. The breeze way in the buildings are always dirty because the valet trash that you have to pay for is always spilling trash on the stairs. Beware!!! I can’t wait for my lease to end, to move out from this apartment. If you put your work order down it take them ages to come and fix it, have been complaining about my patio storage is not open since about four months ago up till now nothing is done, bedroom door is not close very well put the work order two months ago nothing is done up to this moment. My worst apartment ever. I regret moving to this apartment. You pay for everything and you don’t enjoy anything. Worst apartment!!
Hope you never need to talk to management Since the Robinson Group took over in December 2021 maintenance requests submitted through the portal are addressed much better. That is the only positive. You CANNOT get anyone on the phone and they do not return phone calls. Need to stop in the office? Hope you don't work during the limited office hours of 10-6. Lots of issues Let me start off by saying the complex was bought out by the Robinson Group right before I moved in. Two days before my move in date I was notified my date was changed for two days later. Since I had to be out of my last place and I already hired movers I had spend an extra $300 to have my stuff in storage. BLACK MOLD DO NOT MOVE HERE I have lived here for a few months and have recently had to flea the apartment due to my babies and myself getting mold poisoning. I have not been in my unit for 39 days and they have yet to fix the issue so that I can live safely in my unit nor have they moved me to a new unit.
