Verified Renter 7am ac went out. Sent an online request - I also mentioned it to the maintenance guy who's worked on property 2 yr's. By 2pm, AC fixed. I'm not sure about the other's Maintenance guys, but this guy is awesome. I'm not sure why he's not a manager. 5 star because of him!
Verified Renter Horrible....... nothing is fixed. The gate still doesnt work but they want to keep going up on rent.
Verified Renter I transferred to a larger apartment with feature such as a fireplace that my other apartment did not have in it. Monica, Monique, and Sager did a great job helping me find my new home and working through the details in a timely manner. Management and staff have done a fantastic job breathing new life into the property and community. I look forward to seeing what other things are done in the way of improvements.
