Verified Renter Wasnt too happy when we first moved in with the front office staff, however since management changed the front office staff has changed as well and has been great. Maintenance is quick to jump on whatever problem needs fixing and they do a good job.

Not the best I have lived here since May 2016 and things have progressively gotten worse. My latest issue is my dishwasher. I put a service order in at the end of April.. it is now the first of June and my dishwasher is still not fixed. Maintenance came at the beginning of May and stated they had to order a part for my dishwasher. Once it got to around the third or fourth week in May, I got concerned so i went to the office. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We have been living here for over 4 years and it was wonderful at first. The maintenance team was friendly and very responsive, BEFORE the new management company Belfour properties bought the property. Now the living conditions are below subpar and just horrible. Last year and this year during the hottest days of the month the AC unit stops working and it takes about a 1 week, this year 2 weeks, to get someone from maintenance to even come out and diagnose the issue. Newly moved in I have recently moved in and on the move in day it was not what I was shown. The make ready was not ready. It has never been painted, the vinyl floors are coming up, the ceiling is shows that it was leaking, can't open the patio door, the guest bathroom does not drain correctly and so much more. I had to pay an extra $50 to have spectrum cable service come out since there was not a cable outlet in my living room, but when I was shown the model I was told that ALL rooms have an outlet. Poor Choice I was unable to see the apartment I was renting, "it was getting cleaned" the apartment I was shown was nice but weather prevented me from moving in on time to mine. It was filthy. I even found cut hair all around the hot water heater. The water was turned off under the kitchen sink, I turned it on it created a flood. They installed a dented and damaged faucet one but it did not leak. Holes in walls that have been horribly patched. They painted the counters and over sprayed the walls and left it. Horrible communication We applied there on a Saturday, the leasing person asked us to apply online. The website was down so we immediately returned to fill out a hand written application. The 2 leasing people where probably 15 people deep and asked us to come back Sunday morning with our application, proof of income and application and deposit fee. We got there Sunday right when they opened and the lady said we misheard her, she needed to have the deposit and application fee separate (she wrote it down incorrectly). We turne... read more

American living I have lived here for almost 2 years. The maintaince team is unbelievable in servicing you. The Ampartment has changed hands 3 times but is quick to respond. 2 pools and volleyball. Grilling and hot tub are nice. You get a combination of college students and families. Also single businessman and older folk. Really a pet friendly place with a park and plenlty of nice grass to run in. Overall great place to live for the price.

Great place to live! The Madison at Round Grove is a gated complex that has very nice apartments with many amenities such as a business center, gym, two pools, laundromat, etc. Walmart is conveniently located right across the street, as well as many restaurants and gas stations on the same street. I think The Madison is great and I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment/area to live!
