Verified Renter As of November 2019, there is lots of construction going on around the complex, which although it may be better for the future, is really a nuisance right now. The units are older and we've had to put in several requests to get things fixed. Most requests weren't fixed properlythe first time, so we had to put in another (AC abd heating). It is a decent place to live with friendly staff, but they don't always seem to communicate with each other very well, so we often have to pester them to get anything done.

Verified Renter For anything to get done you have to go in the office and bug them about it at least three times. Then sometimes it still doesnt get done, its very frustrating.

Verified Renter So happy to see improvements on the property, residents need to do their part to help keeping this place looking nice, lights are now on the exterior of my building I feel so much safer when I come home when its dark, I,m happy with what Round Grove is doing!!!

Everything that glitters isn’t gold I wish that i could give ZERO stars! I moved into this place two days nobody specified about a cashiers check rather Than money orders so i was not able to receive my keys. Did not receive a parking permit,m. I was given so much incorrect information about the unit that i would be moving into. I was told there’d be hardwood flooring and instead there is carpet that has paint splatter ALL over it! There’s marker on my wall, lights in the bathroom hardly ever work. Ceiling fan doesn’t work. ... read more
