Verified Renter The Monet of Lewisville living. Pretty from a distance. But, unkept and unmanaged up close.
Verified Renter The apartments are nice on the outside, but everything inside the unit is cheap, and basically held together by duct tape and hope. Hope doesn't stop a 20 lb cabinet from falling on my head, and duct tape is both unsightly, and not nearly strong enough.

Verified Renter Round Grove apartments are not keeping up with the maintenance of the apartments. My mailbox been broken for almost 4 months. The outside of the Apartments are not being kept up. Work orders are taking a long time to complete.
Verified Renter My best experience has been with the staff, they are kind, courteous and willing to assist, however, there is only so much they can do with limited resources. The property owner needs to invest in updating old and outdated heating and cooling systems, parking lot repair & landscaping.

Verified Renter Do not judge the outside appearance. It may look like a nice apartment on the outside but once living here youll notice the noise is extremely excessive, partly due to poor construction but also the residents dont seem to have any consideration of how loud they. Also, they drive too fast in the parking lot. Almost hitting residents - children, animals alike!
