I thought the process with Loan Depot was quick, easy, and the refinance information provided never changed. The loan information upfront was followed through to the end regarding the finance percentage, cash is taken out, and time to close on the loan. I never had trouble getting through to the loan officer and everything was explained in an easy way to understand. Very good experience!

Listened to my needs and provided a loan that met those needs. Good communication up to the point when the loan was closed. Then not such good communications after. Did not find a simple way to auto-pay loan on loan payment website.
