My Loan Depot experience was not good. Loan numbers constantly changed. Even the *** changed after I paid the fee to be locked in!?? They charged me for their errors in missing a deadline and I had to argue to be reimbursed! The case manager was condescending and horrible to communicate w/ and the case agent wasnt knowledgeable enough to get things done correctly. The entire process was confusing - not like the first tie I secured a mortgage from Loandepot.There were too many conflicting emails Different offices sent different notices - the left hand does not coordinate with the right hand in administration.The process is, to my understanding not complete 14 days after closing. I will not use this service again should I need a mortgage

I had a great experience with my refi and it was very quick and wonderful and helpful people to work with. My experience during ***** was not similar but they redeemed themselves and totally understandable since it was right when ***** was happening.
