First of all the person that was working with us start out like he wanted to be helpful but not really because first he had the wrong payoff amount even though we already had a loan with Loan Depot that was the first problem.Than he ask us did we want to get money out even though we had not thought about it we said yes $1,500 he answered ok knowing all the time he was lying to us just to get us to refinance with him.Than he mixed our paperwork up with our son paperwork.
