The lending officer was very responsive and willing to answer questions with diligence and honesty. He was respectful and patient to answer all my questions. I appreciate his service in fulfilling my loan needs. The same feedback also applies to the Account Manager who processed my loan to closure. It took me a couple of months to apply for the loan only because I debating about who to choose to refinance my loan. I applied online sales rep called me within a couple of hours explaining the process told me what to do as far as getting all documentation uploaded. Make sure I check my email and response according to what I needed review and if I had questions please call or email them and someone would call me within a couple of hours.
