Recently closed on a Refi/Cash Out loan with Loandepot. Per the Closing Disclosure that was signed and Notarized at closing, I was to receive $31,346.36 cash at close but when the loan was funded I received $29,579.42. The ************************************** is mysteriously "no longer with the company" and her Supervisor Aurora will NOT return numerous phone calls. The loan depot is the worst. They make promises of discounts and don't come through. After a month of back and forth with them. They couldn't come through with the VA loan. ** refinancing states no appraisal needed yet loan depot said I needed an appraisal and at my expense. They also said records showed me missing 2 payments in the past. I've never been late or missed any payments.
