The Loan Depot has been a pain since the beginning. They didn't tell me the 1st payment didn't automatically come out of my account. So I started out a month behind. I contacted them about maybe paying so much a month, but was told I had to pay the full amount. I'm on a fixed income and it's not easy to come up with 2 payments of $570 at once. I had a terrific experience with Loan Depot. *************************** and ***************************** were awesome individuals to work with. ****** not only helped me refinance my home. He came up with a debt relief strategy that whip my entire debt out and still gave me a large amount of cash out. ********* helped execute the plan to perfection. I was given constant updates through out the entire process. It was an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend Loan Depot to my family and friends.

I got a mortgage with LoanDepot on my rental property and they had set up an escrow account. I assumed it would pay for all my taxes, Little did I know, the supplement **** wasn't paid and I was hit with a 10% penalty from the city. They said it was part of my responsibility to make this payment. I wish it was clearly communicated to me. Customer service was not helpful. The total penalties cost me over $1,000. I was very fortunate to find a loan depot. My loan processor ********** was so wonderful to find the best refinance program for me and saved me about $200 mortgage payment.I'm so grateful, he took his time to explaining everything.
