I did not know of loandepot prior to my experience. I researched and saw they had great reviews. My experience was great. They assisted me through the whole process, we're able to retrieve some of the documents themselves through new technology, and they were always responsive to my emails. They were true to their word in the time to process the loan and the loan amount. I am very happy with the whole process and we'll use them again in the future when the need arises. I will probably recommend them.
