I talked to two people at this company, giving them all the relevant details about a refinance. Both said they would follow up with an email containing specific loan information (closing costs, interest rates). Neither one did. When I followed up with one of them, he ignored my emails and then he said that I had been reassigned to another loan officer. No one ever contacted me. I think they deliberately are trying to hide their fees etc., and just drop potential customers who are taking active steps to avoid getting ripped o... read more
