I did not have an appointment, but was still taken care of. The servicing was handled in a timely manner. I dropped my car off in the later half of the day, so unfortunately the complimentary shuttle was no longer running, but the team ordered me a Lyft and covered the costs.
Outstanding guest service in the service department. Jason Costa and his team have turned this location around to an outstanding service department.
