I love Thousand Oaks Toyota! Yobi Kim is simply the best! I went in on Friday with a serious problem. Turns out rats had been visiting my car to keep warm and to chew on the wires. Anyway, Yobi took care of everything like he always does. Service with a smile, he put some bars of Irish Spring in my engine compartment and gave me some tips to keep the little critters away. As I was leaving he noticed I had a bulb out and he changed the bulb in about 2 minuets. Couldn’t be happier �
