You want deception, fraud. This is your dealer. after buying new cars for years this dealership had the most underhanded, poorest display of customer service I have ever seen. Thanks to Frankie, the finance manager, and the other 3 people who could not explain their own charges but simply shook them off or ignored the obvious deception. If you like buying a car this way This is your dealer.
I came into the dealership to service my car, definitely not expecting to buy a car since I had another year on my lease. Mark Lee bought out my lease and got me into a car I love at an amazing deal. I would recommend everyone to ask for this salesperson. He is genuine sweetheart.

Just came here to buy my very first new car, left with a 2015 Camry SE that I absolutely love. Great service, trouble free, they answered all my questions and went the extra mile with everything, even hooking my car up with my Bluetooth. My pursuit for the perfect truck wasn’t exactly easy. I searched and visited many Toyota dealerships in the Central and Southern California areas. These dealerships not only didn’t have the particular truck I wanted, but they were aggressive and pushy towards me to buy something/anything, but I knew precisely what I wanted. I had a great experience at Thousand Oaks Toyota, being helped by Cliff Lee and his son, Mark Lee. These guys were honest and anticipated every question I might have had. Mark even helped me to clean out my trade-in. I found that the prices on Camrys at this particular dealership were better than the others that I had looked at, and I was informed of their last price at the outset, i.e., there was no haggling.
