Worst customer service ever! I'm doubtful that they even serviced my car at all. Didn't even turn off the maintenance light. Just checked and Didn't even adjust wiper fluid even though they said they did. No communication, charge the wrong prices, and forget about getting a shuttle in this lifetime. Ruined my day.
This place has the worst customer service! I made an appt for an oil change because I had a coupon. I went to open it and it didn't open. It didn't expire until 4-30-19. I called the service dept and spoke to a man who worked there. I explained to him what happen and he said the oil change is 69.99. I said that's why I made my appt with the coupon, He said my car takes synthetic oil and I told him I've used the coupon before. He said it's 25.00 more so you will pay 69.99 very rude.
