I had very pleasant experience with Toyota service department. I was greeted by Daniel Ochoa, he was enthusiastic, smiling with good sense of humor. He helped to make my unpleasant experience (as fixing something with extra expense is always painful) to be easy and actually pleasant! He was attentive to details and good communicator, he also was able to get a good discount for me which was very important in my situation. Thank you Toyota for such a good employee and Five stars to Daniel!
Ken Fontana was so helpful and spent the extra time with me to go over all the features in the car. He did this two days after purchasing the vehicle.

I did have i great experience when I took my car for service yesterday both Jason and Grace were great it was so great that I went home that day and told my wife that from now on all are new cars will be from Toyota in Thousand Oaks and we will highly recommend you to our family and friends

Scott who assisted us on our recall service provided us a great customer service! He asked if we need any service done for the day and he confirmed if we’re due for any and he didn’t take advantage (some places, they push us for a service even it’s not due yet so they will have some charges coming in as recall is free of charge).
