John (sales) told me they had the car so i drove almost an hour to see the two Tundras. Not only they didn’t have it in stock but he didn’t bother to walk out and apologize . I waited to see a manager , no one showed up ! Called them and a salesperson name Bob told me that the GM would call me back ! Didn’t happen. Why would one lie about not having a car in stock, make me drive an hour and then not even show up !

Wow! I don't know where to begin. For the past few weeks I have been looking for the perfect car for my husband for his birthday. I called both Toyota dealerships in Bakersfield, I called Lancaster, I called Valencia, I called Visalia, I called Torrance and I called Orange County! None of them were very helpful so I wasn't impressed. They’ve always done a great job in a timely and efficient manner. Friendly and accommodating staff. Last visit took much longer than anticipated as they had to replace a few lights which could have been expedited if they had called me as soon as they discovered they needed to be replaced instead of waiting until they called to say my car was done to ask.
Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and super sweet staff. I love visiting this dealership!
Kim the internet sales manager was persistent and helpful in making sure I got an option I liked and during the test drive. Mark helped me a lot as a finance manager. And Mike was so kind! He walked me through all the features of the car. He dropped me home and picked me up so I wouldn't have to go by cab and accompanied me when I got my car back home. Everyone was very friendly and patient. But please remember it is up to you to do your homework first.
