Dr. Park took the time to walk me through my results. He treated me like the competent person that I am. I wasn’t thrilled with the staff member that did my initial intake. She was abrasive, loud, and uncaring. She got annoyed when I couldn’t give definitive answers to her questions. I’d still continue to go back for Dr. Park. It’s was refreshing to have a doctor that didn’t take his own bias to work or treat patients like they’re idiots.
One month ago my surgery was done. All the pre-op and post-op directions were very clear and they treated me great. There is still pain, but hopefully after physical therapy and more time I can feel good. I had a lot of scar tissue to deal with and now have less of a chance of more nerve damage or worse. Dr. Park and his team have been helpful with all aspects of the surgery and I would recommend to anyone with the need to at least set up a meeting to see if they can help with your pain or ailments.
Dr. Park was thorough as always. He takes his time with you and doesn't mind answering your questions.
Dr. Park and his staff seem very knowledgeable ,thorough and friendly. He has treated 3 family members as well. He and his assistant, (Kimberly Hagen) explains things and makes sure to answer all my questions. The office is easy to find and they have a good, fast system for checking in.
Every visit was handled quickly and professionally. The staff is friendly and courteous! His PA is very thorough and listens. My surgery and recovery went well. They answered every phone call and addressed all my concerns.
I did not like the way the two girls talked to me when they had no idea what I had been through in the last six months and didn’t care.
My husband and I have used Dr Park several times in the past. So has my daughter. He’s the BEST around! Very personable, and listens to your concerns. He explains what the problem is and how he feels it should be handled. The best of the best!!
First visit I saw Dr. Park and found him caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain in laymen terms. Yesterday’s visit I saw his assistant because I was told he was running behind and they didn’t know what time he’d get to me. She explained things to me and took her time. Very knowledgeable too. Dr. Park was very thorough and concerned and took steps to make sure I was comfortable and heard. Great bedside manner.
