Appointment was with Dr. Park but APRN-C showed up instead. Didn’t get the answers to my questions. Waste of time and efforts.
I appreciated the time Dr. Park took to examine me and explain my MRI results. He was receptive of my concerns and provided a detailed secondary treatment option that wouldn’t require surgery. He was attentive and took his time. I didn’t feel rushed, which was nice.

I have had 7 back surgeries and he is wonderful. Different discs. Staff is so nice. Now neck problems and i knew who i needed to call. He listens to you and talks to you.
Met to discuss surgical fusion options in neck. Dr. Park took time to explain risks, benefits, and what post-surgery might look like. Set up a plan to move forward.
Check-in was extremely efficient. I appreciated being able to complete most of the forms online before my visit. I was called back quickly and Pia thoroughly reviewed my reason for the appointment. Amy, the nurse practitioner, then discussed the next steps. I was able to be seen for an MRI that afternoon at Stand Up MRI, right down the road. Met to discuss four years post surgery lumbar fusion and discuss pain and potential solutions to ease pain. Dr. Park listened and then offered deep tissue massage in hip with concurrent pt on back and hip flexibility. I’m in agreement as I’m not interested in rushing into a sixth back surgery.
