Had my 3 month post back surgery visit. X-ray was taken and had a very short wait before I saw Dr Park. He reviewed x-ray with me, listened to and answered my concerns and assured me that I was healing well and encouraged me to keep up the walking and rehab exercises. Could not have been more pleased with visit.

Absolutely amazing doctor down to earth very personable fixed my back where other doctors messed up. The staff is second to none, all in all excellent service.

I may just be old fashioned but I would think every new patient is met by the physician in charge of their own office. This guy sends me an invitation to review him and I’ve never even met him. I can tell you the ladies I met with seem very well trained and competent. They both (two separate visits) went above and beyond to get me some relief. I think it should be SOP to at least meet new patients to instill confidence in a doctors competency and their desire to treat their patients to the best of their abilities. I wouldn’t... read more

I was pressurized to be seen by a nurse practitioner. I wanted to be seen by the expertise as my condition is chronic. Dr. Parks was polite, showed me the exrays and answered all my wife’s questions. I pay out of pocket for seeing the specialist. So, it is unethical for the facility to collect the speciality fee but offer below specialty service.

I have been a patient for years and was pleased with Dr. Whitney. However, his office staff is utterly miserable to deal with, and office visits are now rushed. It is also impossible to speak with Dr. Whitney to get an answer to a brief question without scheduling an appointment for an office visit. To do so would defeat the purpose of asking the question as it concerns a referral made to a surgeon, and the surgeon's scheduling staff does not know the basis of the referral.

Dr. Parks has been taking care of my back issues for over a year now. I highly recommend him. He is very thorough and wants to see his patients receive the very best results. The staff is very accommodating and very pleasant.

I was very impressed with the amount of time Dr. Parks and his staff spent with me. They are professionals who are extremely thorough and truly care about their patients needs. Now a days, it seems, doctor visits seem to be over with as soon as they start, leaving you wondering if everything was actually addressed during your visit. After leaving Dr. Parks' office, I felt as if all my concerns had been addressed, all my questions had been answered and that I would be in very capable hands in weeks to come.
