Awesome bike shop on the Southside! Huge selection and best staff around.
Super ! Very friendly, efficient ! We were perfectly happy with the used bikes we bought to ride from Pittsburgh to Washington DC on the Great Alleghanny Passage and the C and O canal ! The perfect shop !

Awesome customer service. Everyone was very nice. They were really quick with a difficult bike repair that needed done fast for a race. I would highly recommend to anyone.
REVISION- At the owners request I gave them a second chance...chalk my first review up to a bad day. My second try was awesome. Great service, picked up a new ride and my gf got some bike bits for the Montour Trail ride tomorrow. Give them a chance and I think you will be glad you did!!.
Jason and I had an awesome experience at Thick Bikes tonight. John was incredibly patient with my indecision and also very knowledgable. I can't wait to hit the trail with my new Vita. Highly recommend this shop!
