Greatest bike shop in the burgh hands down... there are others that are also quite good, some not so much. This one is the best! friendly and knowledgeable staff ALWAYS willing to help and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. They don't try to sell you crap you don't need

Never too pressed for time to do an excellent job - this Bike Shop is my go to for everything. Employees are knowledgeable & enjoy discussing product and try to insure that you love what you get. They definitely aren't trying to only make a sale.

I have been dealing with Thick for about 10 years now. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their tech department also does great work. I have taken them a few problems that were not easy to correct and they were able to fix them up in no time.
