I went in with my mind set to buy a bike, but they didn't have "the bike for me" on hand. They wanted to sell me the "right" bike and hence convinced me to wait till next time (which happened to be months), but it was well worth the wait! Alyssa fit me better than any other bike I'd tried! <3 thick bikes
The most excellent bike depot I've been to in the city...great people, consistently good service, and a real interest in helping with repairs, new equipment, general knowledge and bike advocacy. Thanks for my sweet ride(s) and all the positive experiences! Two epic thumbs-up.
