I went in here yesterday looking for a reasonably inexpensive bike to try out commuting to work instead of taking the bus. I have very little experience biking but the staff were all friendly without being pushy. They showed me a few options and patiently explained the differences between them, and I didn't feel rushed when I tried them out. I did wind up buying a used bike.
