The staff is welcoming, the tenets are friendly, the building is clean and festive...and I had NOTHING to do with any of it. That's what I love the most! Verified Renter While we find the apartment very comfortable and appreciate the amenities, we were not informed during the leasing process of the demolition and construction that was planned and would be taking place directly outside of our apartment. This is the reason that we have given such a poor rating. It significantly impacts our comfort and our impression of the value of the property. In addition, it raises serious concerns about the lack of full disclosure from the property when renting a unit.
