Verified Renter I have just moved in a few days ago but already, I can tell that The Woodley is different! It was a pleasure to move in to an apartment that was very clean. Minor things needed to be fixed, and it was done promptly and efficiently. Concierge staff are excellent, and so friendly. Alejandro, from the management team, is a gem. I have lived in many countries throughout the world and The Woodley raises the bar high!

Verified Renter I expect more from an apartment that markets itself as a luxury apartment. The on-site staff are great and the morning concierge is also fantastic. However, the overal quality of the actual building is average, the facilities are great but non-residents use some of them and no action gets taken even if you complain. The evening concierges are sometimes rude and some of the residents are as well. Verified Renter Maintenance is always very responsive, usually by the next day, but yesterday it was even faster--we made our request in the late morning and it was all taken care of by mid-afternoon. Juan is incredibly professional, reliable, and prompt.
