Verified Renter The Woodley is the best apartment complex I have seen in DC. Having said that, and being a dog lover myself, I do not understand why anyone would want to keep a dog, particularly a large one (or two), in an apartment. Obviously most of my fellow tenants disagree strongly with my point of view.
