Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights March 2018. We had 2 adults yet nothing in the room to accommodate 2 adults. We were given dirty towels and when they brought up clean towels most of them had a yellow tint. 2 items in the room were broken. We called about it but nothing happened until we went down to the desk. No apologies were given and when people came to the room they didn't bring the right items and had to come back 3 times. The room only had a mini bar, no vending machines no refrigerator and the mini bar was expensive.... read more

DO NOT STAY AT THE WESTIN NASHVILLE. Had problems with our bed last night and when I contacted the desk to try and get things resolved, my concern was met with a very condescending attitude. It was as if my concern was not legitimate and I should just deal with it. In addition to the bed issues there was also a strange stain on one of the sheets. At check out, I gave the manager a chance to do the right thing and he chose poorly. My only recourse is to write this review. There are a lot of hotels in Nashville to choose from ... read more

Great location, across the street from the Convention Center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds, and a bathroom is large with a huge shower (no tub in our room). The complimentary breakfast is great!

We had a problem with our reservation, the hotel manager went out of his way to make things right. The hotel is beautiful and close to everything. Could not have been happier with our stay.

I recently stayed at the hotel and was not happy to see that they charged me 100.00 per day for incidentals which I did not use any. I was told that by the end of the week my account would be credited as they were like a security deposit - which I was not told when I checked in and also did not print on my receipt when I checked out. A week later and they still have not reversed the 400.00 they charged me for these incidentals. I feel this us illegal. I paid a daily room charge plus over 40.00 a day for parking! Not happy

Great staff and nice hotel but it was unacceptably noisy in my room. Train noise kept me awake and construction noise loud enough that people on the other end of phone calls were asking what’s all the commotion in the background. Bad first night experience. Unacceptable for the cost.
