RecommendedThe Westin served as the venue and handled the lodging for our Daughter’s wedding. This special event could not have been any better! Management and staff are top notch and delivered first class service!!! Incredibly attentive and made all of our guests feel welcome. BE WARNED....check your credit card statement after you checkout!!! Westin Nashville is a beautiful hotel and our stay was great. However, the day after I arrived home my cc was charged $1932.53 even though I was informed at check in that my room was paid in FULL and my cc was only being swiped for incidentals (which we had ZERO). Even at check out I was NOT informed of any additional charges. I've been on the phone for two days trying to resolve this issue without any success. Incredible customer service and amenities, and a beautiful view and rooftop pool! Absolutely LOVED this hotel!
we went to enjoy the rooftop pool which was the size of a hot tub and closed for the winter. it was 70 amd sunny we also found blood on the comforter. definitely first and last visit
I was overcharged $1,250.00 for a three night stay. After many many many calls and conversations I was told I was going to be refunded. They refunded 780.00. I am continuing to fight this charge as they have stolen almost $500. I am not one to squabble over a couple of dollars but the charges were multiple and getting anyone to talk to about the situation is nearly impossible. Do not stay here unless you pay with cash because if you use a card you will be in for a 3-4 month fight.
First off, this is one of the best hotels in all of the Nashville area. The place is absolutely beautiful and the common areas are stunning and clean. Housekeeping in the rooms could use a touch of extra effort (could clearly see where areas were missed). The rooftop pool is amazing but the hours aren’t great and it doesn’t get much sun. Over rated and over priced. L27 pool closed half the week. Hairdryer in room set fire to my hair. Their response? We will send you up a new hairdryer! Bar tab closed out while I was still there, 18% gratuity added without my consent. Will never stay here again. Renaissance much better.
I wouldn’t waste my money staying here. The rooms are overpriced for what you actually receive and the sole reason we stayed with Westin for this trip was access to the rooftop pool; which was closed for a private event. The staff (except housekeeping) was not friendly and no one on the staff cared enough about to make any kind of consolation. I advise anyone who travels to Nashville for either business or pleasure to not waste your time money at the Nashville Westin as we will be staying at the Hilton from now on.
