RecommendedBeautiful hotel and the rooftop bar is very nice.
We had to ask the front desk several times for just about everything - to have our room cleaned, for clean towels, for batteries for the remote, for tissues and toilet paper. The rooms are nice, but the service was poor.

Spent a girls weekend at the Westin , 7/26-7/29... the hotel itself is very nice, clean and in a good location. Our room was not ready at check in time, (4pm) , we finally got in at 5:30 . The hotel did credit us, which was nice but we were still late to get our evening started since we could not get into the room to shower. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HOTEL TO SIT POOLSIDE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!! The "pool" is pretty to look at , but very small, and most of it is covered so finding sun is a struggle. I am leaving a one star review for this hotel because of the company they have valet parking for them. There is no option to self park so you are forced to valet at $40.00 a night. I was fine with that since parking in downtown can be a nightmare but my car was damaged by valet.I had my car packed by the bell hop so I did not see the back of the car till I got home. I live an hour and a half away and called as soon as I got home and noticed that my bumper was all scratched up and had been hit. I immediately called to file a ... read more

Horrible place to take your Wife or Family. We had our Rolls Royce window punched by the valet- he told the driver he had a small dick (not kidding) tried to fight the driver- we’ve contacted them several times they have not responding to anything. L27 is usually full of riff raff alike the valet. GO TO JW OR THOMPSON ! We are soon to get our attorney involved.
I would highly recommend this place! Came here for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. The staff were all very friendly, especially Mollie at the front desk who checked us in! Marcia Hernandez cleaned our room while we were out and did an awesome job! We also had a great morning at the spa, and the staff were all awesome there as well! The rooftop pool was great! I feel like for the location and accommodations it was reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again!
