The L27 Rooftop bar was awful! Nice view and good for pictures. My friend ordered a top shelf tequila/soda and it was $50!!! Wth? Why wouldn’t a bartender just double check with a patron to make sure they want to pay that price? She had no idea it was that expensive but felt like she had to pay since they made the drink. We didn’t eat so I can’t comment on that. We went upstairs even higher up and there were couches up there that reeked of mildew. I would never go back there again. The actual Hotel is beautiful though:)

The hotel was very nice and was walking distance for all the events we were attending downtown. However, our room reeked of Clorox and a large patch of carpet near the bed was soaking wet. We let the front desk know about it and they offered to switch our room or have housekeeping come by & take a look at it. I opted for the latter since we would be gone for several hours anyway. When we returned, the floor was dry and the room smelled much better. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

RecommendedMy three friends and I stayed here for three nights in last week. I wanted to just say what a splendid person you have who works there. We arrived early and the person at the registration desk named Daniel was so helpful in arranging for us to get two rooms side by side. He was polite, friendly and did what he said he would do. Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay even the “flat tire” we woke up to in the parking garage. Thomas Lynch, Account Manager for Laz was working the valet that morning and went above and beyond his duty and didn’t leave our side during the entire process. He is an outstanding individual and because of him, The Westin will always get our business when visiting Nashville! Thank you for being so kind to us and helping us enjoy our long weekend!

Absolutely breathtaking views of our magnificent city of NASHVILLE, TN! L-27 is one of my favorite places to go! The hotel is beautiful, workers are professional, polite and extremely kind! Please go & soon!
Love the new Westin with rooftop lounge, pool and perfect view of the city. Rodan + Fields 10 year anniversary celebration. I’ll definitely go back.
We always stay at Westin or W Hotels when we travel, and this property did not disappoint. Excellent customer service from the valet all the way up to the rooftop bar, and the entire place is beautiful. I highly recommend!

I thought the room was nice but there wasn’t any notice how the hotel was going to charge me $40 a day to park my car. If there had been a sign or to tell me when I checked in that they were going to be charging me that much I would have parked somewhere else. I did get a good deal through Hotwire but my room was right next to an elevator and was very noisy. Also the rooftop bar is a very pretentious place.
