I stayed at the Westin Nashville for the CMAs. Overall the hotel was great until an item was clearly taken from my room. One would think that at a hotel which was quite costly you would be able to leave items in your room without worrying about them going missing. As soon as a realized and item was missing, I informed the reception and completed an incident report. RecommendedThis hotel is amazing!! From the time we entered, until the time we left - the service was 5 star. Travelled with a 3 month old and it was perfect- they had a great crib ready and waiting in our room. Walking distance to everything you would need to do in Nashville! Oak Steakhouse (restaurant in the hotel) is the best meal we've had all year! Can't recommend enough!

The hotel it's self is beautiful, but you had better be willing to spend money, because they nickel and dime you, your entire stay. $35 a night for parking, $11.95 for internet. We stayed in a corner room which bosted scenic views of downtown Nashville, the curtains were impossible to open. Not worth the $500 a night price tag. Way over rated. Loved the new Westin but there are a few things you should be aware of before booking. 1. Construction around the hotel is noisy and can definitely be heard inside your room at times. 2. The pool is on the roof and is beautiful. It’s part of the rooftop bar area, so just be aware of that if you’re traveling with teenagers or children. 3. The staff was amazing......until I was trying to checkout. I had lots of things that needed to be taken down to my car. I called the concierge to ask for help with my things.
