One of the best hotels i have stayed in and i love the roof top bar/pool
RecommendedThis is an awesome hotel. We stayed there with a group of girls competing in the National FCCLA competition. No finer accommodations and helpful staff. Thank you Aaron, Katelyn and our morning waitress for breakfast ( will post the name if I can find my receipt) as well as the wonderful lounge manager on duty Sunday evening...very sorry I didn't get your name...you are recently engaged..soon to be married. You all were awesome, so kind, tremendously helpful and accommodating! You made our experience � awesome!

Beautiful hotel. You MUST try an executive suite. Worth the splurge! Decor is amazing.

When I made a reservation on was told there was an inside and outdoor pool. I was not told that outdoor pool did not open until 4pm. The indoor pool is a lap pool. Paying over $400 a night with taxes and parking and no pool to lay outside by and relax. Pool sitting empty is ridiculous. Customer service is very flip. I will stick with Hilton and Marriott in the future
I would have given you 5 stars but extremely disappointed with the bell hop yesterday who took our bags from our room and loaded them in our car. From the moment he arrived at our room at 7:30 he seemed aggravated. He loaded our bags on the cart and asked if we had called for our car. My husband said he texted the valet. He shook his head and said he could have gotten it himself faster. After he loaded our bags in our car my husband gave him a tip. He looked at it and shook his head. We were scheduled to stay at this facility because it was the assigned hotel for the conference we attended. Most of the staff were incredible and helpful. Although after being in the facility for a week, our room was only cleaned three times of the six days we were there. The toilet tissue and Kleenex were never refilled nor was the trash emptied. However the complete disappointment, disgust, unimaginable, moment was when I contacted the hotel less then 12 hours after checkout due leaving some belongings behind. One of the ... read more
