not impressed.I chose the Westin over the Renaissance, not based on the Renaissance but based on the fantastic service provided at the Westin in DT Cleveland. Big mistake. Was given a room that shares a wall with the elevator. Went up to the club lounge at 5:30 only to find it curtained off to a tiny area for a private party, leaving a sorry looking area. This hotel is gorgeous! They cater to every need and treat you like royalty when you hit the door. We really enjoyed our stay. The Rooftop Bar made it even more special !
