Great experience.. awesome view from the room and the L27 Roof Top bar... Room was clean.. only negative is Nashville is full of construction so that wasn't so great but is not their fault the city is growing beyond belief.. they gave me a Valet credit for a night which is most generous.. will definitely be back... best hotel in Nashville👍🏻👍🏻🏻

Our stay at the Westin was fabulous. The hotel is beautiful! Lobby is glamorius and the rooms are beautiful! The manager at the front desk even gave us 2 complimentary diet cokes. We sat on the deck at L27 all night! What an enjoyable stay! No complaints at all.

Most of the staff were really nice and friendly, especially the valet staff. A lot of construction around the hotel, but it was still nice. The decor in the lobby and rooftop pool and bar is super awesome!

Decided to ignore the complaints about construction and such. The Westin has never left us disappointed. When approaching we got worried-appears like an old fashioned high rise (The Jefferson's came to mind). It was very beautiful however. Live music in the lobby. We walked over to Broadway and easy to find your way back when you are staying in such a tall hotel. Beds are so comfortable. The shower is awesome. Room service was fast.
