I stayed at the Westin Nashville for 5 nights. I didn't have any issues. My room was on the the 12th. It was super quiet. Check-in and our was a breeze. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar was beautiful and trendy.

Well the hotel was beautiful and the rooftop bar was cool . They need to work on better valet, the person at valet station was very rude and not nice to us, seemed bothered by us and didn't even smile,the rudeness was not appreciated it. Want be back anytime soon. Better customer service at the valet stand.
