We had to find a hotel last minute for a driving trip from Orlando to Chicago. We saw this place online and decided to book it. We ended up running super late and didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. The staff at the hotel was great, the check in process was fast and easy, and the rooms were great. We would definitely stay here again. This was the best hotel staff that we have ever encountered, and we do our fair share of traveling. What a shame...a beautiful roof top bar setting with spectacular views of the city, but that is all I will recommend. Cons: You stand in line to get in because of fire marshal code.. that's understandable, but when you get to the 27th floor, you can be seated with the understanding that there is a $200 minimum purchase of drinks. I personally think that having you stand in line is more for show. Con: If you want to smoke, you have to go down 27 floors and outside, and you will once again have to wait in line (45 minutes) to ... read more

Beautiful hotel! Very Pricey! For the price you pay, the staff is truly lacking in customer service. The bartenders at the rooftop were also extremely rude!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the brand new Westin hotel in Nashville. My family and I were greeted with warmth and Southern hospitality in the beautiful lobby and our room was spacious, clean and even had a mini bar with snacks and drinks. We ate lunch in the hotel bar area and I would highly recommend the short rib grilled cheese!
