We had 70 of our wedding guests staying at this hotel last weekend. As mother of the bride, I paid for my son's room. He is a private in the Army. For some reason, they told him they had to have his debit card to charge incidentals when he checked in. Not only did they charge his card, they charged the entire stay to his debit card, after I had already paid for this. We made them aware of this immediately. Nice hotel. Very fancy clean. Limited food available. Surroundings trashy and seems dangerous. Not safe for walking.
Just returned from a wonderful long weekend at the #WestinNashville with my two daughters, my Aunt, and my two sisters where we were honored to be the very FIRST GUESTS!!! to check-in at this new spectacular hotel. The hotel is beautiful and has a fantastic location in downtown Nashville. The exceptional staff were friendly, attentive, and always helpful. It was a fantastic and special weekend--can't wait to return--already miss the heavenly bed and heavenly shower!

It was nice, very over priced considering all the construction still going on. My main complaint is no shuttle service to downtown. I understand it is just a few blocks, but handicapped people can't climb those hills. Also, the room smelled like a dog. I love animals, but paying over $600 a night for a room, didn't expect it to smell like pet urine. Everyone was nice and helpful. Would probably stay again, but not until the construction is done.
