I had a great time. Every staff member I encountered was superb. Especially Thomas, who I think is the manager of the valet service. He made what could have been very stressful situation much better. Hope to come back again.
Very upset the pool wasn't opened on Memorial Day weekend. Would have booked at other Starwood hotel(with a shuttle) for less points with our friends had we known it wasn't going to be opened. Disappointing.

Terrible construction noise starting at 5am. No self park so avoiding the $35 valet isn't possible. Housekeeping will knock on your door at 8am to ask if you are checking out that day so don't plan on sleeping in. I love Westins but this one was a dissapointment.

Just celebrated my 30th and wanted some place real nice to spend the night with some friends. The Westin was absolutely beautiful and everyone was so nice. The food, drinks and views of the city were all amazing! I'll definitely be back and also recommend to others coming into town!
