This morning I received an email from the hotel we stayed at in Nashville, The Westin. At the end, they asked me to share my experience. Knowing the power of reviews, I do I feel like this is an important aspect, especially in the travel and accommodations industry. I would highly recommend staying there if you ever go Nashville. Gorgeous!! Love the lobby areas wth Art Deco seating and lighting. Entertainment was great in the lobby/bar area. Love the Private Executive Club's nighttime views! The Rooftop Dining and pool is very unique! Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Location is great! Highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The big draw in the summertime is the rooftop pool/bar-but beware, very few lounge chairs and very slippery pool deck and small pool. Also, be prepared for many bachelorette parties up there and heavy drinking- not really appropriate for young children. Good location, and most of the staff were friendly. We paid extra for a city view and we overlooked the railroad tracks and parking lots, not happy about that.

It's more for the younger crowd. The pool on top of the building that I was excited about was small and packed with college kids, ( drinking heavily ) elbow to elbow. The room was clean, (except for the flat pillows, bring your own) and a small hole in the bottom sheet, the staff was very nice, however late night room service was running behind an hour, all the construction around was annoying.
