RecommendedThe service was good. The rooms are nice. The rooftop bar and area is very nice. The overall look is great. My only complaints would be that both pools are cold. The indoor one should at least be heated. I did not enjoy the pools. Also there is a lot of banging going on in the building like maybe there was construction inside. There was lots of noise outside with construction and the train that would keep me awake.
I stayed at this hotel for a work conference and I was really excited because I felt this was a high end hotel. I was surprised at how cheap the towels were and how awful the pillows were. The bathroom toiletries were cheap as well. Having stayed at many Marriott properties before, some very upscale, I was disappointed. I was also disappointed after check out when the hotel messed up the reservation and didn’t send me the folio until I made 4 extremely unhelpful and frustrating calls to customer service/ front desk. A friend that was with our group last month was offered a refund after she voiced some complaints about the housekeeping. The refunded the money but yesterday they TOOK IT BACK. No warning, no explanation, they just cleared out her account. Just to be clear, THEY offered HER a refund and out of the blue took it back. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
