My experience with Orbitz and The Westin were unimaginable! My brother died 2 days before our trip to Vegas and Orbitz nor The Westin would refund our rooms even though I canceled two days prior to our stay the day my brother died! They didn’t even refund my brother’s room 😢. I sent over his death certificate and everything and they offered no recompense at all. RecommendedBillie was really helpful and accommodating. She made sure that our stay in Westin will be fabulous! The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful. I personally love the scent of their room. Plus a complimentary whiskey tasting and desert during 4p-6p made my stay perfect.
Peaceful, old school and simple. Can’t wait for the glow-up.

First the mobile check in didn’t work as it does when you stay at a Marriott property. Sean did his best to remedy the situation but was a little stand offish to begin with. The hotel rooms are small and tight as well as dated. The bathroom in the room, has an exhaust fan running non stop. The pool is very small and there is no hot tub. There were a bunch of rowdy people in the pool blasting music and security just stood there watching them.
