Initially our a/c wasn't working so they attempted to fix it to no avail but it all worked out because they moved us to another room. Comped us a total of 150 bucks and removed our resort fees. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Special thanks to Nina and Josh.
Disappointed. No heat in room. They say there’s Starbucks it’s not. Room old and shabby looks dirty. Worst Vegas hotel experience. Asked for decent view I got view gravel of roof. Hotel seems quiet for a reason. No way this is a four star hotel
Awesome experience! I strongly reccomend this hotel at all costs. Complete ammenities, a superb breakfast, bar drinks perfectly made, wonderful rooms.
Terrible hotel. They advertise themselves as having a jacuzzi. I showed up, and they told me the jacuzzi was closed....for several months. No notification on their website. Of course, every other hotel in Las Vegas has a functioning jacuzzi. When I wrote the hotel and Marriott to complain, I got absolutely no response of any kind. I will file formal complains elsewhere, but wanted to get this out there.
Horrible customer service and lack of concern for the guests. I went to visit the hotel prior to booking a formal stay. (I usually do this because I experienced a horrible bed bug incident a year ago at a different hotel). I am very happy I did. I left some wedges in the lobby. I called housekeeping who was kind enough to return my shoes. I was quoted around $12 and was charged nearly $20. This was the first issue. Secondly, I was returned my shoes full of mold! Great hotel, just 5 mins walk from the strip. Super comfortable bed, something which you will need in Vegas after endless parties !! Enterprise car rental is in the same building as the hotel; something which me and my wife found very convenient.
Great and polite place and close to Las Vegas Strip and rooms very clean and comfortable👍🏻😁
