Clean, comfortable, and affordable.
We were there from July 6th- July 9th 2018....We were Robbed- Meaning the housekeeper left the room door open and someone stole clothes, Shoes, wig and Makeup. We’re waiting to hear back from the Corporate office about How they will be handling the situation. The hotel manager and security took our statement. We had to go ourselves to get a Police Report. Me parece un abuso que me cobraran 32 dlls diarios por el uso de la alberca ,el parking,y el wifi,siendo que ya hiba incluido en el hospedaje que habia contratado,hable para reclamar y nadie me dio solución, fijense bien cuando hagan el check in ,ya que no les especifican que les cobraran eso,de todo lo demas estaba super bien
We are currently here....the AC sucks. I know they don’t want people in the rooms all day, but when it’s so hot you can’t sleep? We’ve had the thermostat as low as it will go and it says the “cool” is on but we can’t get the temp below 80. Miserable. We ordered room service for breakfast and the staff person asked how many would be eating- I said “2” and we only got one place setting. we also ordered a pot of coffee which came with one cup and no sweeteners. Fabulous! The staff is so nice and the hotel is casino/smoke free. Such a great location.
Great location, 5 minute to the strip. Comfy and cozy bed room. Free wine tasting, I missed it. But its okay. Free dessert, and its yummy Complimentary coffee at the is starbucks coffee🤩 And Best GUY Service the Day is JOSH the front office he kindly check in for us and being really nice by asking our day and everything. We stayed in one of their executive suites. Our stay was so great. The receptionist were so accomodating and the breakfast buffet was so good. The servers were so jolly and courteous. We will definetely come back and have a staycation again next time
This hotel is awesome. It doesn’t smell like cigarettes and the rooms are nice. The staff is friendly as well.
