Really have a great time at Jake and Eli's. The food, staff, and service are all top notch!
You ruined our vacation. False advertising, rude GM, no heat, no hot water, smallest pool in Vegas, putting a hold on our bank card for almost twice what the room charge was! We had no idea since it is NOT posted anywhere online of these fees. Very rude and condescending GM, it left us with no money for our stay. Hotel is Good but the WiFi is very slow in this hotel.
The first night was terrible, no room left when I checked in at midnihht, got a room with terrible noise from the aircondition, couldn’t nearly sleep before conference next day, but got a good room next day. The last day after 5 days stay I asked for delayed checkout and got 3 hours more. So at the end not so bad, but why didn’t they reserve a good room for 5 nights stay is my question. But employed at frontdesk were very nice and helpful.
Love it, but, not coming back after several stays. They got rid of the small casino, and established some Goddy Rest.
Booked and prepaid 3 rooms and all fees and taxes on the Hotels dot com site. At checkout the Westin hit me for 3 x $36.28 for “Destination fee and tax” which supposedly were covered in my prepayment. I’m disputing with third party booking and Am Ex. Couldn’t control water temp in shower. Avoid this place. Rip off.
The room was clean and quiet, the maid service was consistent, thorough, and very tidy. The brunch buffet was quite good (live music was a nice touch), and the service we received was what we expect from a Westin Hotel. My wife and I would recommend it to anyone looking to avoid the casino + hotel experience. They've successfully focused on their hotel, and even during March Madness, we avoided the sports jock atmosphere Vegas takes on.
We had a decent time at this hotel and I was fond of the amenities and closeness to the strip. Jake & Eli was very good. It was a bit spendy and they sprung a last minute charge on me, but all in all, had a good time here. I would stay here again.
