It’s midnight and waiting over an hour now for sheets to fold out bed.
There is absolutely no customer service after the check out. My credit card got wrongly charged and I cannot find any way to be reimbursed in months ! Multiple cases got opened and no one ever reacted to them !

RecommendedWe have stayed at this hotel for over 8 times and each time they treat us great! We get higher floor rooms even though we have a dog and the rooms are alway nice and hotel is an oasis.

I have a deathly allergy to down /feathers. I told them this at the reservation. I came into the room with down pillows. I told them at the front desk to please change them . 3 hours later no change! I told front desk again. They came and gave me 3 down and one polyester. I called service express and told them - still waiting 20 mins now - ridiculous- I want to go to sleep! There is a time change for me and its very late to me! I have jet lag & just want to rest with a non down pillow ! Is it that hard to ask for ????
