a great place to stay, the room was very nice .clean, great bed ,the bar was great. and a very good spa. I just loved it's their, had a great time
I couldn’t use hot water and no pre notice about boiler failure.
Nice,clean rooms most staff was nice ! just wish them men workers were more professional and didn't try and hand their cell numbers out to guests . the lady working at the bar was was a bit tacky talking about her sexual encounters with guests as well, but I mean..I guess it's Vegas ?
Great staff and no casino
need a fridge for medical reasons. hotel cannot supply. this was a request that was upfront. they know what at the front desk. anything less than perfection is failure. not a particularly nice hotel
Had no Hot water off and on every day during the stay....Since last year they want to charge for parking at $17 a day which is horrible and will lose business...Also the first two days the TV was not working properly
Very poor management and customer service. Reported a complaint. Management took 6 months to respond and to date still have not received a response or apology for their error. In addition, ordered room service one day which came extremely late and not with what I ordered. Never brought the corrected item. I will never stay at this hotel again.
